Clinical case video — smile transformation with zirconia restorations by Dr. Lama Sharrouf, Joele Clinics.
The clip highlights the smile transformation achieved through this sequenced clinical plan.
The patient presented at age 24 with an incomplete smile due to hereditary missing permanent teeth. Retained primary teeth were smaller than adult teeth, with visible spaces and arch disharmony affecting both aesthetics and chewing efficiency.
Surface cosmetics alone would not solve this. Primary teeth unsuitable for long-term function needed removal, followed by a fixed restorative plan that fills spaces and supports lip and gingival contours.
Before & after: from gaps and baby teeth to a harmonious zirconia smile.
Before & after inside the mouth: replacing missing units and rebuilding the bite.
If you have retained baby teeth or spaces from hereditary missing teeth, ask for a combined surgical–restorative assessment. At Joele Clinics in Jeddah, Dr. Lama Sharrouf and Dr. Talal Al Haffar can sequence: surgical prep → temporaries for gum shaping → definitive zirconia.
Age-24 case: hypodontia + retained primary teeth → extractions/gingivectomy (Dr. Talal) → temporaries then zirconia (Dr. Lama) → functional bite and aesthetic smile. Use the video and photos above as a model of integrated care.
